Helpful Information
Dupuyer is approximately an 8-10 minute drive from the TRM Ranch. Valier is approximately 20-25 minutes. Choteau is about 20-25 minutes.
Dupuyer, MT is located on HWY 89 and within about an hour you can be up to Glacier National Park.
Travel Considerations: Dupuyer, MT is a very small town. There are no gas stations or “regular” grocery stores. Dupuyer Cache is a small store with some grocery and convenience items. Please be prepared. There is a restaurant Buffalo Joes (next to Buffalo Wallow Motel) that includes a bar. It is a very popular restaurant in our area. The nearest airport is Great Falls International, in Great Falls, MT (1.5 hours).
Weather Considerations: July - it will be hot and dry.
Match Director
Chas Bales is a former Marine, daddy of four, husband to a beautiful wife, and the owner of Warhorse Development LLC. Chas has been running precision rifle matches for 5 years in Northern Montana. Chas enjoys making a challenging and technical match at the most beautiful venue on the circuit.
Match Director
Martin is the Owner of MLSS LLC. He Joind the Marines when he was 18 years old. After his first deployment to Okinawa, Japan he volunteered to take the Scout Sniper Indoc. That is where his love for long range marksmanship began. After multiple deployments and 11.25 years of active duty service Martin joined the USMC Reserve forces. He has been an avid firearms competitor since joining the Active Duty USMC Shooting team in 2015. You can often find him at a 3 gun, USPSA or a Long Range type of match.
Martin is blessed with what has been reffered to an 'All American" family which includes his wife Courtney, son Landen and little girl Evelyn.
